REFUND POLICY

Cancellations and Modifications
Orders are processed quickly, so we typically cannot make changes once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@charlottes-chic.com to see if adjustments can be made.

Please note that a standard $2 transaction fee is non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are only available if the delivered item is defective. To request a refund, you must provide photos or videos to support your claim.

Refunds are not available if:

  1. You made a mistake when ordering, such as choosing the wrong item, quantity, or product type.
  2. You cancel the order after it has been finalized and paid.

To qualify for a refund, you must return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, you may request a partial refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Estimates and Damaged Items
Accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@charlottes-chic.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo showing the damage and your order number. Returning damaged products is not required.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returns must use a trackable shipping service; we cannot process refunds for returns without tracking.

Wrong Address
If a package does not reach you due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible and cannot offer a full refund. We may reship the item at your expense if you cover the shipping costs.
