You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to make purchases.

A violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS, PRICES & AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary depending on your screen settings or monitor.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or excessive.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier (such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or other courier services), the risk of loss and ownership transfer to you, the customer.
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. If tracking indicates “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully completed.
Roselyn & Co. London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed information.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
A valid Track & Trace code is required for all returns. Without proof of tracking and confirmed delivery to our warehouse, refunds cannot be processed.
Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of the returned item. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be refused.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SECTION 6 – DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to first contact Roselyn & Co. London at info@roselynco.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier showing the status “Delivered” will serve as conclusive evidence of successful delivery.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims of non-delivery may result in a permanent ban from future purchases and possible legal action.
SECTION 7 – CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Roselyn & Co. London is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
